Several years ago my family and I were stuck in a very unfortunate and dangerous situation… Our neighbor in the (adjoining) condo went away for a long period of time and left her unit unattended. During her absence her water heater exploded which resulted in a disaster of water damage problems, which then lead to a mold infestation, that caused my family and I to leave our home with only the clothes on our backs and left to search elsewhere to live.

The mold from the joining unit caused my 2 kids to become very sick which involved several trips to the ER room… They developed breathing problems, bleeding noses, sinus congestion, etc. My wife and I developed long term headaches and a very long and dragged out sinus infection… Mold from the joining unit traveled through many different open passage ways which only Mark Banner found…

We later took the neighbor to court. In 2005 I was having some serious problems with my lungs and my Doctor suggested that it could be due to mold in my home. We had (Dr.) Mark Banner come out to do an inspection.
